Here's a bit of my script for this particular one...
[De Niro is very angry and looking in the rear view mirror at himself. Miss Daisy sits oblivious in the back seat until...]
De Niro: [talking to himself] "You talking to me. You looking at me. You must be. There's no one else here!"
[Catches Miss Daisy's attention]
Miss Daisy: [Inquisitorially] "Are you alright young man. There most certainly is someone else here. Have you taken your medication?"
Deniro: [Quietly to himself] "That's it. The old bitch goes in the boot later."
*Random Trivia: Deniro played the monster itself in the 1994 Frankenstein movie...seriously...well as serious as you can be about it!
